Subject: Possible to query a Domino Database with SQL?
Feedback Type: Question
Product Area: Domino Server
Technical Area: Application Development
Platform: Windows
Release: 8.5.3
Reproducible: Not applicable

I am wondering if someone can provide some information. We are wondering if it is possible to query a Domino database, using SQL?

I believe my SQL developer would like to query the names.nsf to see if a name exists. The query would be coming from a process on a SQL server.

I found this document: http://www.databasejournal.com/features/mssql/article.php/3462011/Connect-to-Lotus-Domino-using-SQL-Server-Linked-Server.htm

But it was written in 2005 and was wondering if there was an easier way.

Thanks
